This creep calls and keeps asking for me by name. I don't know if it is a scam or not but what they want is a donation to the Police. I get calls from the same voice from every city in in Va. and various phone numbers And even calls from cities outside Va I rarely answer the phone anymore. I am on the no call list and can't wait to get high speed internet so I can shut this phone off
I had similar situation on Monday. Called Trugreen and "Rick" was very aggressive with why I wouldn't sign up that moment. I was a previous customer and he had no respect and customer service skills. Just wanted sale. I also asked for a email of quote and never received it. I will not be doing business with Trugreen going forward do to RICK's attitude.
