Typical Scammers trying to get social security numbers. My credit is monitored by several entities, one of which is the federal government due to a data breach in 2015. I doubt that there was "fraud" against my social security number. There already is one person who stole it when I was little but they paid all their bills on time and were pretty wealthy, so I didn't complain when I was old enough to get my own bank account.
Received 18 calls in less than 24 hours same company and over recent 3 months pushing inertly for me to obtain death (life) insurance.
They call multiple times a day and leave voice mails every single time trying to get you to sign up for life insurance
