Typical Scammers trying to get social security numbers. My credit is monitored by several entities, one of which is the federal government due to a data breach in 2015. I doubt that there was "fraud" against my social security number. There already is one person who stole it when I was little but they paid all their bills on time and were pretty wealthy, so I didn't complain when I was old enough to get my own bank account.

Looking for the wrong person. Regardless, these guys are literally the scum of the earth. Do not answer and ignore. You don't owe them anything. If a debt collector had a right to collect from you, then you would get a lot more than an annoying phone call. They just want to harass you until you 'agree' to be responsible for this debt. If you do then you can expect to get a more powerful letter in the mail or a court summons. Just ignore these vermin.
